Question about HP Pavilion dv4000 Notebook
The screen on my laptop is working, but the lamps that make it readable are not. This occurred after my roommate used my hp printer power supply on my laptop instead of my laptop power supply. The printer power supply is 31 volts output, the laptop output 18.5 volts. The screen has been dark ever since. What can I do to fix this? I'm real poor. But if I knew what part to purchase I could fix this myself. Help.
