My new beldray 12 in 1 steam mop makes a clicking noise when using?

I don't find specific information about this problem. Here are some things to try. If they don't work, you may call beldray customer service. Check the water tank: Ensure that the water tank is filled with enough water and is properly inserted into the mop.
Clean the mop head: Remove the mop head and clean it thoroughly. Dirt or debris on the mop head can cause clicking noises.
Check for blockages: Check for any blockages in the nozzle or steam outlet. You can use a needle or pin to remove any blockages.
Descale the mop: If your mop has not been descaled in a while, it could be causing the clicking noise. You can descale your mop by following the instructions in the user manual.

Polti steam cleaner water empty light staying on

If the water empty light is staying on when the water tank is full in your Polti Pro95 steam cleaner, it could be due to a malfunctioning float valve or a faulty water level sensor.
Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the float valve: The float valve is responsible for regulating the water level in the steam cleaner. If it is stuck or malfunctioning, it could be causing the water empty light to stay on. To check the float valve, remove the water tank from the steam cleaner and inspect the valve for any signs of damage or blockages. If the valve is damaged or blocked, replace it.
  2. Check the water level sensor: The water level sensor is located inside the steam cleaner and is responsible for detecting the water level in the tank. If it is malfunctioning or faulty, it could be causing the water empty light to stay on. To check the water level sensor, you will need to disassemble the steam cleaner and inspect the sensor for any signs of damage or wear. If the sensor is damaged or worn out, replace it.
  3. Check the wiring: If the float valve and water level sensor are functioning properly, the issue may be with the wiring. Check the wiring between the sensor, float valve, and control board for any signs of damage or wear. If you notice any issues, repair or replace the wiring as needed.
If you are not comfortable performing these troubleshooting steps, it is recommended to take your Polti Pro95 steam cleaner to a certified repair technician for further diagnosis and repair.

Suddenly stopped steaming, tank filled steam light stays on, no steam but heats up? Problem solving in manual just states the obvious? Can you suggest anything else or will I have to contact Hoover

Perhaps Element not heating to full temperature to generate steam.
Temperature sensor may be faulty if element is ok.
1 Element or 2 ????

Sorry... No magic fix button

Open it up and start testing things.
a multimeter comes in handy here.

or
back to Hoover repair centre

Good Luck

The Enviro Steam cleaner isn't very hot..

Maybe the tank is over full. You need to leave room in the tank for the steam. Be sure you are waiting long enough for the tank to reach the correct temperature.

Prolectrix 3 tier steam

Is the unit spraying ok? If not then the heater may be plugged. Other than that, you should fill the tank with hot tap water, the the heater will only heat it alittle more, you won't really see steam.

Polti Vaporetto 2400: Water out light comes on when tank is full

Hi you need to put 5ml of Kal Stop fo Polti machines into 1000/1500ml of water into the tank, The stronger solution is better (1000ml) Let it heat up and this should break down the limescale on the solenoid. I tried this today and it has worked saving ££££'s in repair by Polti.
