First I would like to know the brand and model number of your laptop. Then you will have to go to the manufacture website and select help or support and there you will find all the drivers that you need
the flex of your is either getting weak or it has shifted from its original location.. the flex is what connects the screen to the panel of the laptop and when it has a problem you experience lines on your screen..
what you should do is to open up your laptop and try to set the flex to its normal position and see if it stops the lines on your scree, if it doesn't then you have to change the flex
if you cant open your laptop,get someone with experience to help you
