Would like to know if there's a downloadable print driver for Gestentner DSc525 printer for mac

The smb version on windows 7 is new than the one on XP. You will need a firmware upgrade.

HP has not yet released Driver software for your MAC LION however there is a solution for this.
In order to print 2 sided ( duplex printing ) you need to install drivers and it is possible by doing Apple Update.

Once you have done the Update and installed the drivers, you will find the Printer name in Printers list.
Click on Printer Utility and under Layout you will find options to choose 2 sided printing

There is no driver for your printer to work with OSX. It was for Windows OS only. AND Apple does not support this particular model either.Link below list support printers by Apple OSX>

Try to uninstall and then reinstall it again but make sure you get the correct printer driver based on operating system and model number of the printer. otherwise it will not work.if still not working, try to download diff driver.

What is the version of your Mac operating system? It would be best that you uninstall any existing printer driver first > reboot your computer > then reinstall the printer driver.

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X5470 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.

Then try to print a document to verify that the problem is fixed.

The first thing to do would be to system preferences then print and fax in the left hand column click on the "+" sign then select your printer. Then your macbook will autoselect the print driver. If your print driver is not there it will more than likely come up with Print using "Generic Driver" or something like that. If it autoselects the correct epson driver you will be off and running. If not go to http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?oid=106004&prodoid=63075469&BV_UseBVCookie=yes&infoType=Downloads&platform=Macintosh&x=15&y=7 to pick up the appropriate drivers. Did you install the Mac driver for MFC? The MFC comes with driver for windows and Mac. Place the Mac Driver disk to DVD slot and run the installation for your MFC printer. Follow the instruction to complete the installation.
When you try to print something, make sure the MFC printer is selected.
If you've done all of this and still not able to print, please turn off your MFC, wait 15 seconds and turn on again to see problem solve or not.

Dell never provided Mac drivers for Dell Printers.....



Anyways,. I've searched on google and found this link for lexmark printer..
