He will contact the producer, order the spare parts and repair the glasses for you.If the warranty is still valid you get this for free. If there is no warranty anymore you can ask for an estimat of cost for the spare part and repair, so that you can decide whether or not its worth the money.( maybe if the glasses are already quite old)
