I have a HP CB350 but the instilation disk wont load where can i get a free software download

Firstly, you should use virus remove program to get rid of virus and then try to use data recovery program like Card Data Recovery, a professional memory card recovery tool to recover lost pictures.

Try to connect with its USB cable to computer (sometimes people don't press connector enough on camera side). Try different USB port too. In file manager (Explorer, Total Commander, Free Commander...) you will see new letter for drive. Just use copy, move, delete like from standard memory card stick using. Sometimes software from manufacturer has some bugs (or problem after updates from Microsoft). It is easy way to go around, and I think it is best way.

Included is the User Manual, Camera Drivers, and application software which is used to pull the photos from the camera. The software included supports Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.

i was having the same problem, after instilling the main software. I rebooted my computer and the 1st game disk loaded fine, but the 2nd disk would not, I restarted my computer again and the 2nd disk loaded with no problems

In the camera menu, there should be an entry for "copy" which should give you the option to copy the internal memory to the memory card.
