If you still have the original CD, uninstall the software and then reinstall the software and the driver. If you don't have the CD you can get one from HP's website or you can download the software and drivers directly from the website.

If the printer appears to print but there is no print or images on the paper then
most likely the cause is the print head nozzles are blocked with dried ink
and inserting new ink cartridges won't fix this problem. You need a new
print head. Print heads are not cheap, you may be better putting your money towards a new printer.
