Solved the problem signed for a yearly maintenance fr my Propane company for $90/yr and y come out an clean it. Got tired of taking it apart each year

Before calling service technician, open following links for troubleshoot resources including Rheem chat, and Rheem contact, and possible product manual:
C7 13 might be bad flow control valve.
While the tankless is down, I suggest also catching up on general maintenance such as cleaning the combustion chamber and burner parts, checking vent drain line, and cleaning water filter, and de-liming the heat exchanger.

hi my name is pete pleased to help i think you have a burnt out capacitor on the left hand side of your burner control you will find 4 capacitors you can soon see if one has blown the cap will be raised unlike the outher ones they will be flat hope this helps

Basically this error means the input gas is restricted...line is too small. If the unit was working properly prior to this error code, you'll have to take the burner control assembly apart and perform some detailed...spring cleaning.
I have the procedure in PDF format...but unfortunately I don't have it with me at this time. Easiest thing at this point would be to call Rheem/Paloma Customer Support at (800-432-8373); advise them of the error code and they will send you the procedure in an easy to follow, step-by-step format. It's a fairly easy proccess, but takes about 3 hours to complete.
