Find your radio removal instructions here
If it`s the common Ford DIN radio , then view this
demo here using the correct extractors
Alternatives are 2 pieces of bent , wire coathanger or 4 x small drills(use the blunt ends) or 4 x small Allen Keys or 4 x small screwdrivers or 4 x nails or even 4 x darts.
An assistant is useful to pull the radio out whilst you are releasing the 4 securing clips

There could be another cd stuck in your player. you can try to straighten it out with a credit card and press eject. The Cd may have angled itself upwards or downwards and is jammed inside. Or possible a child stuck a coin inside the cd slot and jammed the moving parts.

Hi, Please get the code here:

The radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2will display your code
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER foundon a label on the casing
It usually begins with M++++++ or V++++++
