HOW TO ADJUST BOTTOM BLADE OF MY GE PROFILE DISHWASER

What do you mean "bottom blade"? Do you mean the lower wash arm? There is no "adjustment" built into the dishwasher, but if it's hitting the heater element (or its supports), you might be able to bend it slightly. If it's hitting the lower rack, make sure your rack has all of its wheels attached, and that it's not bend down.

Just bought a Bush dishwasher and can't do plates because the paddle hits them...is this normal?

In some dishwashers, you can raise or lower the upper rack to make room for taller plates or taller glasses. In others, there is no adjustment, and you're stuck - you've got to buy smaller plates!

The detergent isn't despensing correctly. The door seems to be functioning correctly; however after the cycle is complete I open the door and just runs down the door. It never actually gets used. ...

Check the way you're loading your dishwasher. Sometimes large plates or baking pans can block the door of the dispenser. The latch unlocks but because the door is blocked, the detergent can't get out. Once you open the main door, the dispenser door pops open and looks as if it has been in the fully opened position when it was actually held in place by that large utensil!Cutting boards are major blockers as well.
I hope this helps. If it does, please come back to fixya and rate my answer!

The motor makes a weird whirring loud noise but the gears seem to be turning still the arms are still turning and the water is going in fine it seems to be any time the dishwasher is on and in any cycle....

So it turns out that it was the disposer blades right behind the motor that were causing the problem. I took the filter off of the drain and found I had a piece of glass and a plastic army man gun trapped in the filter to the drain that the blades were hitting and stuck on. I took them out made sure the blades spun freely and then replaced the filter. It works as good as new!

Arms don't seem to be spinning

chances are there are either dishes that are too high or utensils dropping down in the way. Adjust the height of the racks to accommodate your large dinner plates.. also spin them by hand and see if the spin easily.. if not could be several problems.. also clean the filters in the bottom of the dishwasher. Remove the arms and check for blocked jets.. I found rice in my jets. Rice should be rinsed off the plates first... many people have rice issues.

Dishes not clean

One of 2 things is wrong.  Either the direction solenoid has failed is not cycling the water between the upper and lower wash blades or the control board that controls it has failed.  You will need a qualified LG technician to diagnose and repair the problem.

I had a repair tech (highly recommend for Metro Milwaukee WI repairs- All City Appliance LLC 414.243.1579) who figured it out.  He clarified, it is not a 'fill switch,' but an 'overflow float.'  It is the white styrafoam ball looking thing- you have to pull the little black cap/ cover off the drain to let out 'overflow' water that has collected in there, resulting in only the drain pump running and NO water entering system- which seems to have been all of our problems.  It was surprisingly easy, and I know what to do in the future thanks to the great explanation by the repair tech, and very reasonably priced too!
You have to pull the unit out, and the float flow is located on the left, bottom side of the dishwasher.  Works like a champ now!  (I actually have the built-in 18 inch)
