- LG VENUS: Same here. No more than 2 letters and the phone freezes. Won't let me do a thing. Tried shutting it off and it doesn't work. You have to take the battery out to get the phone working again. But when you go to text....same thing over and over again. Help?- whitefox109Feb 12, 2009
