Remove battery and clean contact points and reinstall the battery! if still does not work charge battery full and try again! If still does not work either battery is defective or power cord may not be good to charge the power!

Please update the latest model BIOS version on the system, if the problem persist after updating the BIOS check if the system is overheating if so call dell support number and inform the issue they will be able to replace the motherboard
