Normal 0 You need to go to the manufactures site and download the VISTA driver for the camera. Then follow the info below to install the program.

Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Camera works on Windows XP but i have Vista

You would need to download and install the Windows Vista driver from the webcam manufacturers website. You should be able to find it by clicking on the support link and looking up your specific model #. Hope this helps.

DX3500 Kodak software will not run in Windows Vista

Use a memory card in the camera, then use a generic USB memory card reader to transfer your pictures off the memory card. Camera USB cord drivers are always a pain to use.

You can try looking at this Microsoft list (i can't see it since I'm using a different browser) of Vista Compatible Hardware
Windows Vista Hardware Compatibility List (HCL) website

you can also try looking for a "Generic" camera type in the drivers list, or start trying other types of cameras, which may have similar internals as your camera. Since yours is not a common brand, you might have difficulty.
Here is another Vista help site for installing hardware:
