Make sure your using a external memory card, also make sure the card has enought space, you can empty the card by formating it.

The internal memory doesn't have much room to record, so you need a external memory card, goes into the memory card slot in your camera, make sure it is in use, and that it has enought space.

you should be able to format your memory card in the setup of the camera, or by pluging the memory card into a card reader and to your computer, then selecting format on the removeable storage device in my computer.

Unfortunately, no. By recording in fast mode, the camera captured fewer frames than usual. When played back at the normal speed, the action appears faster than normal. Because the camera recorded fewer frames, there is no way to make up for the images that were not captured. You could slow down the playback, but the result would be a jerky, jumpy video.
Now, if you had accidentally captured the video in slow motion, you could then throw away some of the intervening frames and recreate a normal-speed video.

Where do i find the video control option on my D90

Just hit your "Lv" button, and when the screen shows the image, hit your "OK" button and the video will start to record, when you are done, just turn the camera off,. and it will go back to the normal setting.

Help! I am trying Trying to upload dvd video from m230-a to mac computer, Imovie. I am using a mini USB cable. The video camera shuts off when I plug cable into camera. Can you help? Angela

This is normal ! It is not actually off, the screen goes blank while connected to save power.

If you are having problems transfering info. Make sure latest drivers are downloaded, then start program, then turn on camera, and lastly hook up with usb. Then transfer.

You can also go to my computer, then you should see the camera files there that you can access as well.

Video Playback in fast mode (canon ixus 80)

Oh my, sounds like you accidentally recorded in "Time Lapse" mode (one of the specialized video features of your camera). Unfortunately, there's no way to convert the already taken video back to "Standard" video with sound, I'm sorry. However, you'll obviously need to set your camera back to standard mode for future videos. Press the "Function" button while in video mode. Then press left/right to select "Standard" video.

Format card error

Some of those cameras and cards are extremely sensitive. I would try to find another memory card and try that. You can also try to format in another camera or a computer.

Every time I try to play back a video, it goes super fast and I don't know how to slow it down!

Are you sure you have not recorded the video in time-lapse mode? Could be worth checking. Once in the Video setting, you can use the thumb ring to change video mode - one of these modes is normal and one is time lapse (there are five or six others).

Cyber Shot DSC-T1, Possible CCD Problem

Hello,
When ccd imager is defective, picture result on still image and video get bad in either cases.
Your camera problem is some thing different and hardware failure is possible like data processing IC but in any case, digital processing board has to be replaced and I'm sure its price would be above and over the camera worth.
You can give try by removing and plugging back the flexible wire board ( ribbon) of lens and ccd imager attached to circuit board. Be careful when handling as flexible wire board can be damaged easily.
Thank you.

Recording video and processing came up

The processing bar came up automatically for one of two reasons: You ran out of space for the video to save on your memory, or the SD card you are using writes too slow to record video after a certain length.

About it not turning on: The blinking light means the camera is processing (saving your video) and you will have to wait until it stop processing (the blinking light will turn off) in order to turn the camera back on.

Screen has gone white

Either your LCD is damaged or the cable connecting it to the rest of the camera is loose. I would suggest taking it to be repaired.
