Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Get message Setconfig. PC has fatal error and needs to be shut down. D drive (dvd) disappears. Internet and e-mail response very slow
Setconfig.exe is a required executable file and is usually harmless according to the following sites:
The file.net site did mention that it has issues related to a Laserjet printer and that either removing or updating the drivers seems to solve the problem. For the 5610, the software and driver page can be found at the following link:

You'll need to click on the name of your operating system to get to the page with the correct drivers.
I also suspect that you may have a virus or malware issue (this is just a guess). You might want to scan your computer with whatever anti-virus application you have installed to see if there's an infection, then clean it off.
