Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I've removes the songs off of it on Windows Media Player(and its worked before) but now whenever i turn it on it still says all of the songs are still on it but they say 'Bad Track' when i try to play them....the video works but my brother says i should jut reformat it but i dont know how to and it doesnt have a reformat button like on my brothers...HELP!
I didn't have the same problem, but i know how to reformat it. first turn the player off. then switch the lock (the switch on top of the player) on. then press and hold the record button. (the one on the side of the player) then plug the player into the computer (then you can finally let the rec button go). the e250 should say "recovery mode" and you sholud see a new file on the computer. click the file ONCE. then scroll down and click new. then another file should pop up. name the file fmt. yes it DOES matter what you name it. it will erase ALL the data besides the time and date, but if you have tried everything else you pretty much have no choice.
hope it works.
