For one thing, you do not open a Facebook profile for a business, you open a Facebook business page, if you insist on doing it, you should have used a different number and email address, that's Facebook 101.
I would suggest you log out of your new account, do a search for the old account, log into that one and change both the phone number and the email
Since Facebook only allows one profile per person, I would suggest you change both asap before FB randomly decides to eliminate one of the profiles
If you have an existing Facebook account, your old information (email and password) should work just fine. If you've forgotten your password (it happens) there is a link to send you a temporary password to your email that is registered at Facebook.

When you try to log in, there is an option to request for your password to be reset with a new one.
Looking at the image, you can click on the forgot password link and then you will be sent an email with a link to rest you old FAcebook account. You should be able to access your account again.

It sounds like your account was hacked or an app you were using was sending spam. This is becoming more common on facebook. Your account most likely was suspended by the facebook support staff. You will need to contact them through the help page on facebook.com to see if you can regain account access.
The only way to recover your Facebook account password is to go through the lost password utility Facebook provides. Start here: https://www.facebook.com/recover.php Enter your email address, which is most likely how you login. It will send a temporary password to you email and you can login and change your password using that temporary password.
You cannot create a new account if your current profile still exists. Facebook will match your name and other personal information to your old account and deny you the ability to create a new account. You must first delete your old account by contacting them. Why can you not access your old Facebook account?
