I put another pin code in my nokia 7610...(42095) but when i try the code again...the phone said that i have to put the puk code. Ived tried everythin but still it is n ot workin/..Now my sim is rejected...what should i do? :"(

your phone will prompt you to enter the PUK if you entered the wrong pin more than thrice, what you need to do is to call or contact your service provider and ask for your PUK, after you get it from your service provider, turn your phone on again and enter the PUK, your phone should be working properly after that
If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim. Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no. Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you. There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software.

to get the puk code you need to call your phone service provider, the will give it to you, if you try to gess the puk code wrong too many times it will make your ssim card useless, so get the right code from your provider, they are the only ones that have it.
after the puk code it will ask you to enter a new pin code and then confirm the pin code. then the sim will work normally and ask for pin again next time instead of puk, puk will come again if you enter pin wrong 3 times.
Hey matt Here. You should be able to log on to your account online on the service provider website- here you should find the Puk. Then when you go to type in you security code you must enter the original one first- this is usually 00000 or 12345. You can also ring your service provider for the PUK. Hope this helps. Matt. The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code.

PUK it means pin unlocking key. so try ur service provider custmer care from other cell phone and tell ur mobile no, then u will get ur puk.no. it is eight digit no. which u will put in ur mobile while it ask fr puk no. then put ur pin no and repeat the same and u will able to use ur mobile phone. reply me if u get thru.
Most codes on phones have a generic code of "0000" or "1234" or "123456". try that as the PUK code. If not, contact the manufacture and they can give you the unlock code.
