Camera won't turn on, new

I have the same issue. I know my test batteries are good. Took a look inside and do not see any corrosion. But there is a battery sodered on the main PCB that may function like the PC clock batteries, if those are completed dead/shorted then the PC will not boot until its replaced, but this one is not intened to be swapped, so they plan on it being a throw away product after a year or so. Mine died after 2+ years, but couldn't bring myself to toss it out with out a look, it's been siting for a year now and I finally cracked it open. Now where can I find this teeny battery Panasonic x814, the x is obcured by the solder strap, so one of 9 possibles.
