It depends on the feature of your cellphone and your network provider.

Here's my suggestion:

Call the customer service of your network provider because they will provide with some instructions and settings or downloads that you are going to do to activate the internet in your cellphone.

You will need a Wifi access point to connect your Sylvania Netbook using Win CE 6 to the internet. Some cellphones can act as "Wifi access points" but most cellphone network vendors will want you to pay $10USD a month to use that feature.

Free Wifi access points include McDonalds, your local public library, your church and other resturants. I have also found that all major interstate rest areas in IOWA have free wifi.

there are many cellphone unlocking softwares out there. you can try searching through the internet, there might be free downloadable ones.

if not, then you'd need to take it to a cellphone technician and have him unlock your phone for you. but the technician is just gonna do the same thing, use unlocking software. so save yourself the time and effort and try searching through the internet first.
