Why can't I call out

It is possible the handset unit is not talking to the base station.

Try to receive an external call (made from other phone or cell) on the hands free and check if that works. If not then register the handsets to the base station.

It is also possible the phone has not been configured for the correct dialing protocol. Refer user manual at this site.

I have the below-mentioned problem with my Panasonic Cordless model KX-TG3531BX No link to base. Move closer to base, try again. Please contact me on 9879590311 or email me at [email protected]

place all handsets in the base unit for about 1 minute each. This links the handsets to the base. Sometimes the handsets lose their link to the base unit. If this doesn't work try to call Panasonic tech support for further information, the phones could be defective as well.

Panasonic KX-TG1033 suddenly stopped working. No dial tone, cannot make or receive calls, all phone fully charged. The landline in the house is working, we have Comcast for phone, cable and computer.

I just found this on another board, and it did work

One disappointing problem with this phone that I discovered only 74 days after purchasing the system: The base units "decides" for some strange reason "to go on a strike" and stop responding. This problem is documented on Panasonic's web site and is solve-able by simply disconnecting power from the base unit and re-connecting it. This works, but somewhat lowers the confidence in the "perfectness" of this product.

DECT registration

Sorry but could you re-confirm the model number, as the post heading shows KX-TG5632 and the text of your query shows it as KX-TG7223E ? ( Panasonic site does not recognise the latter ) Thanks.
