Question about Kyocera CS-2050 Black and White Copier
I have a customer with a CS 3035. When the unit is turned on, any one of 6 terminals in their office can successfully print a job. Once that job is finished, and the machine idles for say, maybe 10 to 15 minutes and someone tries to send another job, nothing happens and it remains in the qeue. When they reboot the unit, the job comes out. This same pattern keeps repeating itself. Please help, I'm desperate to get this customer happy again. Note: I've already eliminated any power source problems and the unit is on a surge protector.
Check the sleep mode settings on it. Do you know how to check on Kyocera's tech website to see if there is a firmware upgrade available?
