- Now I found the softwear and installed it-but it still won't h.s.The icons are on the desktop and I had one address on my palm and the computer won't take

What kind of error message you get while you are trying to sync

- Does your palm show up under My Computer as an external device connected. If yes are you able to access it when you click on the icon for the same.

Also make sure that you disable your firewall and check the same again.
