Question about Datacard Group Tru Photo Solutions Kit (Backdrop, Stand and Frame) Printer
Remotes are usually infrared based. Make sure you're pointing the light emitting end of the remote to the detector on the frame. Make sure there's a clear path for light to travel between them.
You can test a remote by aiming it at a video or web camera, and if the remote works, your viewfinder on the camera should show a blinking white light.
