- Sylvania SRD3900 It scans for about a minute or so and then tells me to eject the disc "Playback feature may not be available on this Disc" This happens with most but not all discs and if I try the same disc several times sometimes it will decide to play it. Sometimes I was watching the disc and it will freeze and then I can't get that disc to play again. Very fickle! lolClarification Request

Sounds like the lens isn't working properly. If cleaning doesn't do it, you might want to take it in to get it fixed or replaced.
