My fridge shows the following

I called a local authorized dealer and when the service man came he knew right away what the problem was and fixed it in about 1/2 an hour. The bottom freezer was iced up very badly but the fan was working fine. He cleared the ice away, and said that the fridge needed to be raised on the front as the water during the defrost cycle was not all draining away and over time the ice just kept getting bigger and bigger and finally it jammmed the fan and it could not work properly any more and the LG fans have a safety feature which shuts the fan down. This service man was very knowledgable.
