If the squeaking has been going on for only a short time, you may be able to get by with only replacing the rear drum bearing, but if it has been going on for some time you should replace the drum bearing kit part # WE25M40. Also be sure to check that the front drum slides are ok, especially the one on the left side of the front drum support, as this one wears out faster. Drum slides #
WE1M481 and
WE1M333 and if front support frame is worn so that there is nothing left to hook the slides into you would need a
WE3M26.

I just did my bearing and it worked for the same issue. I'd only add that it takes 3 hands to put the new one in unless you want to get creative.

Squeaky GE Profile dryer model DPSE810EG5WT

There should be two wheels in the back that may have to be greased or replaced. There are two no friction pads that the drum rests on in the front that need to be replaced every once in a while. Go to searspartsdirect.com or appliancezone.com, with your dryer's serial number you should be able to find the parts.

My ge profile dpsf495ew dryer is make a squeaking noise

It's the drum bearing . It's in the back of the drum but it can only be accessed from the front. It's regular wear and tear that causes this usually. It's a pretty tough job for someone that has not done it before.

Procedure is much the same, just easier. Don't take belt off. Pull drum straight forward six inches or so and replace the hat shaped teflon drum bearing.

What is your model number ...sounds like the drum glides are going out or the support rollers

Squeak

It is proably the center bearing in the back of the drum, especially if it at least a few years old. It can be replaced by you if you are very handy.
