You need to reinstall sound driver.

Post a new question in Fixya , giving details on the motherboard model number. to find the model number you need to look inside the computer, it is printed on the motherboard.

My dual core pc doesnt bring sound why? when i play music the video plys but the sound doesnt come out. some times it brings the msg 'there is no audio device'. am using sub hoofers

Your sound device is missing drivers software. The sound device is usually part of the motherboard. So the drivers are on the motherboard drivers CD. If you don't have the CD, you can download drivers from the website of the motherboard's maker.

My sound device has been unistalled while i

the problem can be easliy solved if yo le me know the operating system and model no of your PC or the sound card...or the motherboard...if it has inbuilt sound card
alternatively you can also Install the missing drivers for the sound if you ru the Motherboard/drivers CD..it should autodetect and install

However you may also try openning Deveice manger o your system and try to update the drivers online
for that
Click START..Click RUN and type devmgmt.msc
In the device manager window..lokk for other devices and right click and click on update

Please help My sound is not working I lost my Motherboard CD My motherboard is ABIT LG 95c V:1.0

Is the sound card recognized in the device manager? (Right-click on My Computer click on Manage and then Click Device Manager) if so you should be able to update/find the sound card drivers, or just go to ABIT's website.

Sound device not working

Please try to check the sound device status if its working properly thru right click My Computer icon > Properties > Hardware tab > Device Manager > (double click) Sound, Video & Game Controller OR System Device > System Speaker. also, take note of the Troubleshoot tab. If still it doesn't work, I think you have to reinstall the sound driver (from its motherboard software CD if it's built-in type). best regards

Lost old motherboard TX-Pro II drivers CD

Windows XP has generic video drivers that will work to get you going. Once you get Windows installed, you can go to the device manager and hopefully it will have your components identified. Next go to driverguide.com, they have many older drivers available. If your components are not identified in the device manager, search using your motherboard model number and manufacturer.

Do post here again if you need more help, I may be able to find the drivers if you are not able to.
