New installation. Gas burners sound like a jet engine when ignighted. Serviced by GE techs 3 times. This is a natural gas installation and the correct orifices are on the unit.
GE Engineering now says that it was designed that way and the burners should quite down when a pan is on the burner and after 3-5 minutes of use (each time it's used).
Do you this this is defective?...or did they put out a half-baked product.
Thanks,
Joseph

We use LP gas. The two left hand burners have so much gas pressure that 1/4 to 1/2 of the flames go out. The right hand burners are fine. I can adjust the individual low flame but do not know how to adjust the individual high flame. Any help would be much appreciated.
