Pls my is error 0009 what must i do

It would be helpful to know the context of the error. For example, it if occurred when you tried to activate ESET, which is a security suite, their knowledge base on their website instructs you on what to do. The error in that case may relate to servers.

If, rather, it is an error generated when opening an application which taps a driver (the driver failing to load), you may have an incompatible mswstr10.dll file. Why? Because the error generally appears after you have updated an older operating system (older than XP) to XP. If that is so, you must replace that dll. To replace that dll, you must boot into safe mode, then go to the C drive in My Computer. Then drill down to Windows or Windowsnt folder and double click on the System32 folder. This should allow you to see the mswstr10.dll which you rename to mswstr10.old. You have to get a good copy of mswstr10.dll from somewhere, either another computer or the Windows folder. You place the good copy in the forementioned System32 folder, i. e. C:Windows\System32.

If you have gotten this error following moving an internal hard drive from one system to another, it is resulting from a licensing conflict. You have to move the ID chip from the older system to the system you placed the hard drive into.

So, this is why I say the answer depends on the context of the question. You may have to offer more of the context before someone can assist further. Frankly, if it is a matter of a conflict with a security suite, I might just swap security suites rather than get immersed in technical fixes. As usual, make a System Restore point BEFORE digging into your system making any changes as mentioned above.

This is the error message I receive when I try to view siles: This program requires the file advrcntr2.dll, which was not found on this system. What do I have to do to rectify the problem?

Most advrcntr2.dll "not found" errors are due to issues with the Nero CD and DVD burning software program. The advrcntr2.dll DLL file is a file that must exist in the correct folder for Nero to burn CDs or DVDs.
Most often the "This program requires the file advrcntr2.dll, which was not found on this system." error, are caused when, for whatever reason, the advrcntr2.dll file is deleted or moved from its proper location.
The advrcntr2.dll file might go "missing" because it was accidentally deleted from the folder, because an anti-virus or other security program mistakenly removed it thinking it was a security threat, or perhaps when you last upgraded or reinstalled Nero.

Do not, under any circumstances, download the advrcntr2.dll file from any "DLL download site." There are several reasons that downloading DLLs from these sites are never a good idea. (If you've already downloaded advrcntr2.dll from one of those DLL download sites, remove it from wherever you copied it to and continue with the following steps).
Restart your computer. The advrcntr2.dll error might be a fluke and a simple restart could clear it up completely.
Record the serial number of your particular Nero installation. Follow these instructions on Nero's site for locating the serial number to your particular Nero version.
If you can't find your Nero serial number using Nero's instructions a product key finder program could help. (here is one that may help: http://download.cnet.com/Keyfinder-2010/3000-2094_4-75183881.html?tag=mncol;2 )
Uninstall Nero from your computer.
Be sure to uninstall using the Uninstall Nero link in the Nero program group (if available) or use the Programs or Add/Remove Programs utility in Control Panel.
Restart your computer.
Download the Nero General CleanTool utility ( http://www.nero.com/enu/tools-utilities.html ). Install and run this free program from Nero. This utility will ensure that Nero is 100% removed from your computer.
Restart your computer again, just to be safe.
Reinstall Nero from your original installation CD or downloaded file. Hopefully, this step should restore the advrcntr2.dll file.
Install the latest update to your Nero program if there is one available. There may have been certain issues in your original version of Nero that caused the advrcntr2.dll error you've been seeing.
Restart your computer again.
Run a virus/malware scan of your entire system if the Nero reinstallation steps don't resolve your issue. Some advrcntr2.dll issues can actually be related to hostile programs that masquerade as the advrcntr2.dll file.
Note: The advrcntr2.dll file should be located in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\Lib folder. If you find the advrcntr2.dll file in the C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 folder, chances are it is not Nero's legitimate advrcntr2.dll file.
Hope this helps you.

Make sure you have deleted all of contact of old antivirus/antifirewall software. I know there is a add/remove program for that, but in most cases that doesn't do it. Do a windows search and type in your old software.

The InterVideo WinDVD 5 program on my laptop not working!

Maybe your CD/DVD drive is a old drive :O( , for the new cd´s/DVD´s on the marked today actually many times you need a new drive for read them. Try first if you can install with the dll found on the link below.

You can find "wnaspi32.dll'' here : http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?wnaspi32

Ohter solutions:
1: get a external drive(not to old) and try install it with that
2: copy the cd to a usb storage on a computer thats have a new cd/dvd drive, use the usb storage to install it on your computer, use the dll file from the link.
Hope this can resolve the problem.

Plugin.dll

This is the obsolete entry of a deleted of corrupted software (somthing myweb....) to remove this you must look for this entry on several places.
1. try to find this software in your Add/remove programs list and uninstall it.
2. Go to Start-> All Programs-> Startup and if you find it any entry related to this one then delete it.
3. Go to Start-> Run... and type "Msconfig" (without quotes) and press enter. in the newly open window go to startup tab and un-tick all entries related to this software and apply the changed. you may also go to Services Tab on the same window and tick the box "Hide All the Microsoft services" then try to find this software entry in the remaining list and if you find one then un-tick it and apply the changes and restart your PC.
If the problem still persist then
4. Go to Start-> Run... and type "Regedit" (without quotes) and press enter. it will open your windows registry. Now press Ctrl+F and try to find this entry in the windows registry and delete all entry related to this software. it will surely solve your problem.

AlohaBob PC Relocator....USB Driver for Vista

Microsoft bought Eisenworld. Both the Eisenworld and Alohabob web sites have been shut down.
You will NOT be able to update it.
AlohaBob will be incorporated into the Vista update.

Try updating all your UBS drivers:
Go to your "Device Manager" (Right click on ‘My Computer', select 'Properties', click the 'Hardware' tab, click the 'Device Manager' button. Click the "Universal Serial Bus controllers").
If there is some kind of a yellow "Warning" icon superimposed on the 'UBS' icon there is your problem!
If no "Warning" icons then try...
One at a time...
Double click on each of the devices that have 'UBS' in the listings.
Click the "Properties" tab; look for any "Warning" icons
Uninstall the DRIVERS for THAT DEVICE only. See instructions below.
Click on the faulty driver and hit the remove button, follow the instructions given by the program.
Shutdown, restart, the device will automatically reinstall by the "Found New Hardware" program.
Go back in to Device Manager and Update all the Items listed under "Universal Serial Bus controllers"
