Hi, This is a convergence problem and you can set it right by changing the STKs. It is a professional job and i have knowledge of people who ruined their tv by spoiling some miniature surface mounted components close by. You may need to look at pico fuses too. Chances are that the convergence amps are bad. If those are mounted on a separate board, replacing the board would be the easiest thing to do. Running the magic focus or touching up the convergence in the customer menu may be required.
Take the TV to a repair shop. It sounds like the convergence chips are bad. Be sure they change them as a pair or you'll wind up with the same problem again.
You have a convergence issue. First question in customer menu under setup do you have the convergence optioin? IF you DO NOT then chances are you have the fl231 problem. check under my profile in the tips and trick section. IF you do have the option try autoconvergence. if this fails(goes red screen then you might have a convergence power supply problem.
