- Great.....no tab is broken off and a simple "faulty" ANYTHING on a printer barely a year old is POOR QUALITY STUFF!! SHAME HP!! This is my last one...and you can bet this is gonna get blogged!!- Guest

Probably a 'tab' on the door is broken off, or the sensor it interacts with (to determine if the door is open or closed) is faulty
