That has got to be a configuration problem.please request for MMS configuration settings from your service provider and you will start receiving picture messages after.

    just go into the settings menu, turn on data and roaming. i believe it is the last option on the wireless settings menu.

Lg km900at wont send or recieve picture messages
you have to check if your mms service settings is in order and the phone you are trying to send to must also be configured in a way that it can recieve picture messages before you can send a picture message.

ya you can call at&t and thay will give u a code to do a master rest that u tipe as a number
