Here is a link to the most common drivers for this machine. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the driver name you need. This will take you to the download page.
You can find all the drivers IBM (now Lenovo) have available for the R50e here. This machine is an older model and some of its hardware may not be Windows 7 compatible. There are no Windows 7 drivers shown for the devices you listed, but you can try the Vista drivers (if available) which sometimes work. In many cases, however, older hardware just doesn't work with the newest software. Unless you have applications to run that only work on Windows 7, you may be better off leaving XP or Vista (whichever was installed originally) on the computer. Then all the hardware will work as IBM designed it to.
Unfortunately, this adapter is 10 years old and Microsoft and IBM have decided that you've used this network adapter for quite long enough and you need to buy a new one.
Microsoft and IBM have not and probably won't provide drivers for Windows 7 for this adapter. I looked at the Lenovo/IBM web site, and the last version of Windows that was supported by IBM was Windows XP. There are no drivers listed for Vista, so I'm very certain that there will be no drivers for Windows 7.
This is what is known as "planned obsolescence"
