Question about Samsung Televison & Video
1. if you're DVD recorder is region coded and not multi regional you will need to HACK IT.
but first a word about region codes http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD_region_code
2. It's against FixYa! policy to assist you in "chipping" or "hacking" your unit.
but what I CAN do is tell you that you CAN purchase "chipped" or "hacked" units at your own disgression.
And that next time you should think about getting one thats region free.
Hope that helps.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
