With yahoo mail it makes your email account inactive if you do not login in for a certain amount of time.

If you can't reactivate it simply contact yahoo as they have to fix your problem

Why Is My Yahoo Mail Not Receiving Emails?

It is possible that one reason why you are not getting or receiving any emails from a specific recipient is that you could of had blocked their address whether intentionally or not. To check for blocked emails go to the Security and Privacy section of your settings. Yahoo Mail arranges blocked email addresses alphabetically then.

If you are referring to the "Yahoo! Mail Extra Address," which is a free second Ymail address you can create to send/receive mail via your main address, try the following:

1. Log into your main Yahoo Mail account.
2. Click "Options" at the top and then choose "Mail Options."
3. Select the section named "Mail Accounts."
4. Highlight the phrase "Yahoo! Extra Mail Address" in the next column to the right.
5. Click the little trash bin icon ("remove account") just above, next to the "Add" button.
6. This should delete the extra address.

I cant get emails from my work [email protected]

what exactly do you mean when you say you can't get emails from your work? Firstly are you able to access your yahoo account ([email protected]) as in loging in without any problems?, if yes then i gues you have been trying to sent emails to this address([email protected]) but you have not been receiving them. Carefully check if the email address you have been typing in the address box is correct and if it is then , probably your mail is being sent to your spam box, check your spam mail that's where the mail could be received.

Regards

Egroeg

Cann't not receive some mail inside the box

Generally it will take some time to reach the yahoo mail box when u send any mail. If u cant receive it properly then check whether you are entering the correct email address when u are sending the mail to your yahoo account.
