Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I recently bought a new I pad how can I transfer my game from my old I pad I don't want to download the new version and don't want to lose my games or friends

  • If you have your old iPad, back it up with iTunes on your computer.
  • With your new iPad connected to your computer, click the "Restore Backup" in the summary screen of your iPad (on iTunes).
  • You should have your old game data now installed on your new iPad.
  • Update, or buy, a new version of the game on your new iPad

My son has been playing roller coaster tycoon 3 platinum for months, all of a sudden we cannot get it to work on our computer, it will work on our laptop. What could be the problem?

Could be data corruption, sorry but it happens you could try reinstalling the game this should fix the problem. Find your saved game data on your computer and move it to your desktop so when you uninstall and reinstall you will not lose your saved games, after you get it reinstalled just put the saved game data back in the correct spot and you should be good to go. Hope this helps.

I have downloaded cricket 2007 and now it is not working

hey there welcome to fixya

try reinstalling the game but before doing so save your game files in another file and then when you have inastalled it again copy those saved games files that you copied into the saved game files in the new saved games location just incase you dnt want to lose anything you could also try a repair through control panel-add/remove programs

thank you for using fixya
please remember to rate this solution

On the phantom hourglass it says... data could not be read. Please turn the power off and reinsert the game card.I did what it said.I even cleaned it.I need help.

WARNING: This will erase all saved game data!

As the game boots up, press "A,B,X,Y,L, and R" all at the same time to erase all saved game data. This resets the game to all defaults and it's like it's a brand new cartridge. Stinks you lose your save data but at least you get to play again.
