Hi Friend! The best advice I can give is that you bring your phone to a technician for check up. You might not want to tinker with your device on your own and end up with a dead unit altogether but if you wanna give it a try, the problem somestimes is a dirty or corroded keypad. Remove the membrane attached to the keypad and use a cleaning solution such as a paint thinner to clean the keypad surface. Use a piece of cotton with the solution. Another thing you should also check is the keypad connector. Check if it is properly aligned.
While in standby mode, press the left soft key for Start Select Organizer Select Alarms From the Alarm screen, highlight Wake up alarm (1) Press the left soft key for Edit Press the OK key to check a box, then enter the time for the wake-up alarm, using the keypad Press the OK key to check the boxes for the desired days of the week Highlight Tone, using the navigation keys Select a melody for the alarm Tone, using the navigation keys Highlight Snooze, using the navigation keys Select a Snooze time interval, using the navigation keys Press the left soft key for Done to set the Wake-up alarm Note: You can set up to 3 different wake-up alarm times, but not on the same day
