Question about fedora Linux Operating System
When I try to add or remove software on my Fedora 9, get this error
"Problem connecting to a software Source - Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: fedora. Please verify its path and try again."
What is causing this error?
Try using Yum instead of the graphical add/remove thing. If yum can't automatically find the repository then edit this location :
the command line option to install is :
#yum install your_desired_package
Hope this will help
