I have a QHM7072 LCD TV BOX and a LG Flatron E2041 Monitor. While changing the settings through Menu of the TV BOX, I happened to change some display settings. Now my monitor is showing the following message on a black screen
D-SUB
AUSSER SPEZIFIKATION
63.8 kHz / 60 Hz
The monitor is working perfect with computer. How to resolve the problem? Kindly help me at the earliest.

You didn't specify which OS you use. So, the following is a link to a compressed package of basic Windows driver files for your monitor directly from LG:http://tinyurl.com/LGFlatron-e2041.
Once you download the "zip" package, navigate to it using Windows Explorer, right-click the package, and "extract all".
It means your PC video output resolution is too high for the LG monitor to display (your old monitor (CRT) can handle higher resolution than this LG LCD monitor), you need to set the PC video resolution to native resolutionof this monitor which is 1280 x 1024 @60Hz. You may have to use the old monitor (CRT) to set the resolution to 1280 x 1024@60Hz, then hook up the LCD monitor.
This problem is showing when the main PCB of the monitor failed. Mr. Ravis not to worry you have warranty, contact the LG service provider in your area. They will change the PCB. check this link to get the service center info http://www.lgservice.com/
