The crossing test with an other phone will give you the explanation.

Cause the software version of one or the other product can be the reason why.

Samsung U700 cant get calls says I am not

try to check the settings of the phone. see if you have call barring for incoming activated ~ menu ~ setting ~ call settings ~ voice call ~ call barring ~ make sure all incoming calls is set to DEACTIVATED
you can also try to check if call divert is also set ~ menu ~ setting ~ call settings ~ voice call ~ call diverting ~ make sure always is set to DEACTIVATED
hope that helps.. :)

Turn off key word voice prompts/voice commands. The Parrot is listening for key words like "phone" or "call" or "hang-up". When it thinks that it hears this it will beep, or call someone.

Walkman gets heated for less time, frequently not responding to in and outgoing calls

Has the phone gotten wet at all? Anything at all - using it in the rain, having it in the bathroom whilst having a bath or shower, anything like that?

Sounds like something physical has gone wrong somewhere! If it's still under warranty see if you can get it repaired/replaced under warranty.

Is the OGM distorted on the callers phone or on the same speaker the incoming messages are heard?

If it's just the speaker, then the speaker itself or the amplifier drving the speaker is defective.

If the OGM is distorted for callers, then the signal processing before the amplifiers is defective.

More than likely it's a replace not a fix. The speaker unit itself will be very difficult to source. Maybe a very well stocked Radio Shack. Any electronics will likely be in a (custom?) integrated circuit.
