If you get an audio, try to check the connections at the back of your dvd player. or you can check the region code of the dvd movie if it is supported by your dvd player. coz if its not supported, then you'll not be able to play the movie.

Have 32 inch rca, says no signal, blue screen, plays dvds great has good picture, how do i get tv picture on?

IF plays DVD's via the audio and video jacks on the set there is a option here--bypass the issue with a box (cable or sat or any kind that will pass the signal via the same connections you use for a DVD.

The blue screen suggests you have or may have a bad tuner in the set--cannot beat it get around it.

Dvd playing blue picture

if it is hooked up with componant, thats the red blue green cables for video, and red white for audio, then you probabily eather dont have the red pluged all the way in, or you have the red audio, and red video---reversed, make sure to check them on the dvd player, and on the tv, if there correct, try using the composit input, that is the yellow red and white

Blue screen during dvd play

The dvd player software that you're using maybe not supported by your vga card. Try to change your setting of the graphic card video option. Or try to play the dvds using different player.
