HE3 doesn't respond to any button. Time light keeps flashing time. Pause cancel button does nothing, Cycle doesn't start. The only thing that will change is if you push a different mode ie, heavy, delicate etc. the time changes.

Unplug the machine for at least half an hour to eliminate the possibility of an electronic glitch. Then upon plugging in back, close the door then push CONTROL/ON (if present on this model). Select the DRAIN/SPIN cycle then select NO SPIN by pressing the SPIN SPEED button. Push PREWASH OPTION four times within five seconds. If PREWASH OPTION is not present on this model, press EXTRA RINSE four times within five seconds. C:00 will light up on the display. If the Starting procedure fails, push the PAUSE/CANCEL button then repeat the starting procedure.

In order to advance to the next step of the test procedure, push PREWASH OPTION button two times. If PREWASH OPTION is not present on this model, press EXTRA RINSE two times. The test program goes from C:00 to C:08 and should flash an error code when a problem is present. Post the code back for further troubleshooting, including the exact model number of the machine.

My apologies for the delayed response. This is a new setup and was not properly notified that someone has purchased my service. I did not receive the supposed email notification up to this writing but rest assured your concern shall be attended timely and appropriately from this point.

Should the problem persists or should the machine does not flash an error code or the diagnostic test cannot be entered successful, unplug the machine and remove the rear access panel. Disconnect the wires connected to the motor control unit (MCU) located on the side bottom of the cabinet. Reconnect power and try to start a wash cycle with an empty load.

The MCU is at fault and needs to be replaced should the machine seem to work without it except the motor powered functions. It has been found that in the cases in which the machine works intermittently or erratically but does not flash a code or flashes either F70 or F71 on some models.

It has been found that in the cases in which the machine works intermittently or erratically but does not flash a code or flashes either F70 or F71 on some models, the MCU is the culprit. Simply replace the MCU should the machine works fine with the MCU disconnected (isolated). Please indicate the exact model number of the machine for the exact replacement part or for further assistance.

Error code e10

Communication failure =E10
1. Rotate the CYCLE SELECT KNOB to the 3 O’clock
position.
2. Press and hold the Select and Pause Cancel
buttons simultaneously for (6) seconds.
3. Immediately after, press and hold the START and
Pause Cancel
buttons simultaneously for (4)
seconds.
4. Rotate the CYCLE SELECT KNOB to the 2 O’clock
position.
The STATUS indicator lights will flash the number of
times for the first digit of the code and the START indicator
light will flash the number of times for the second digit.
The code is obtained by counting the number of times
the lights flash. Example E24: the STATUS indicator
lights would flash twice indicating the 2 and the START
indicator light will flash four times indicating the 4. The
STATUS indicator lights and the START indicator light
will start flashing at the same time. The control will then
pause for 2 seconds, then repeat the code.
Troubleshoot the problem by using the chart on next
page.
To move to the next code, press the OPTIONS button.
To clear code, press the Select botton.
To exit this mode, simultaneously press and hold the
Select and Pause Cancel buttons for (6) seconds to
reset.
if this does not work need to replace control

3 beeps mean what

If the only thing that happens is three rapid beeps when you select a feature from the console this is usually a symptom of a defective door switch.  The door switch must be closed to complete the circuit from the timer to the heating circuit and drive motor.  If the switch is bad, or the wiring is broken, the dryer will not run.
