My lg plasma 50pc1dra-ua tv will not turn on . it looks like it wants to turn on but never does. what can I do.

It's the capacitors on the power supply, it's a common problem, either buy a capacitor repair kit (yes they make them) and have a TV tech solder them on, or buy a new power supply board (about $200) and remove and replace it yourself (it's that easy)

Unplug,replug should be back to normal,not than U must change the power supply.

Try the "Z' board as Zenith calls it. The one on the right looking at it from the rear...Others call it the "X" Sus...

Mainboard damaged and need to be replaced, try EBAY for a general picture of prices but you will need your product code wich is located in the back of the TV next to serial number.

Strange...but i have the exact tv...and I was able to delete the demo..but never had a problem with it popping up every 15 minutes.
