My audi concert radio started giving me problems recently. It will lock on a radio station, or CD changer and will not change. If its on a particular radio station it will not change to any other station and no button works. If it changes and you are using the Changer, if it locks you cannot change to radio or cassette. Someone pls help

I'm not familar with that particular radio.... but try unhooking the battery for about ten minutes then hook the battery up again.... it should be fine.

DO YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL RADIO MANUAL THAT CAME WITH THE VEHICLE? THE CODE IS PRINTED ON THE CARD IN THE RADIO MANUAL. THAT PAGE ALSO GIVES THE INSTRUCTIONS TO GET RADIO OUT OF "SAFE" MODE.
YOU NEED TO HOLD DOWN THE BUTTONS DESCRIBED IN MANUAL TO GET THE RADIO DISPLAY IN THE CODE ENTRY MODE.
