Question about ATI All-in-Wonder 2006 PCI Express , (256MB) (256 MB) PCI Express Graphic Card

1 Answer

Unscheduled recording I have a Gateway 506GR and an All-In-Wonder ATI x1300 card. After I schedule a recording and after I remove the scheduling, the darn thing continues to record at the same time each night that I had set it for previously. Example: Say I set it up to record LOST at 9 PM every Thursday. At the end of the season I delete that scheduling and go about my biznes. The next week at 9 PM on Thursday it still records for an hour. Has anyone else had this problem? and what can I do to remedy it? Thanks in advance, Marcus Tee

My only recommendation is to re-install the latest ATI Multimedia Center.

Panasonic DMR-ES40V VCR won't schedule record: Recently, the VCR will not do scheduled recording anything beyond today. I can schedule a recording and it appears OK (I get red light on panel), but I never...

I found this solution on one of your old notes (but a different machine). I set up a scheduled record for 11:59 PM to 12:01 AM for the current day, then set up the scheduled record for the next day. The VCR recorded both the initial 2 minute session and the later one which I wanted to record.

Problem running video with ATI x1300 video card

that is an old budget graphics card not meant for gaming. An Ati 3650 or Nvidia 8600gt or better would suffice for gaming. The minimum specs for games show what is needed just to play the game at the lowest detail and resolution. UPGRADE!

No Sound

Install the sound driver, (which can be found in the mother board's companion CD)
make sure in the "volume control" window of control panel that the mic volume and other volume indicators are full before trying to record.

Dell computers are hard to upgrade.

hi will

yes these cards uses a lot of power. Check to see if the power supply pushes enough power to run the video card. I think these card needs its own power source so make sure you use a sepearate cable from the powersupply to the video card and not share it with other components.

if you have less than 400w powersupply thne this is morelikely your problem

good luck

smeags.
