Question about Computers & Internet
You should not be seeing your neighbors email on your screen unless
1. you hacked their email account and are connected to their network by cat5 cable or wireless
2. you accidentaly connected to their unprotected wireless network
The solution to number 2 is to dissconnect from their network and connect to your own network
and of course change your pop and smtp provider.
