SOURCE: I have the Coleman powermate 2400 PSI pressure

Sounds like the valve in the handle is sticking closed. May have a broken spring, or maybe a part is stuck..
I say take it apart, and the answer will present itself.. Play with it with nozzle out too... Maybe something is stuck after storing so long and will loosen up.. Fingers crossed

SOURCE: pressure washer does not spray consistent flow of pressure

Pressure washers have a pressure regulator/unloader that bypasses the water back into the intake when you let go of the trigger with motor running. If you let the machine run for long preiods in bypass the system could be damaged due to heating of the water being bypassed. The water is in a closed loop. The as the unloader wears it will tend to want to bypass which is what is happening in your case. Dirt trapped at the tip will cause this also. Install clean tip to solve problem. If clean tip did not help then try lowering the pressure by turning pressure regulator counterclock wise. If problem is gone then parts are failing but keep using pump. Good luck.

Faucet spray function is squealing, sometimes loudly, at times.

the noise you hear is actually a vibration pitch cause by the rapid increase and decrease of pressure past a faulty tap washer or ceramic insert
you say that the tap drips so I would suggest that you either have the tap seat re-machined ( tap re-seater tool around $15.00 at good hardware stores) or fit a new washer or ceramic insert
soaking is only good for units that don't spray or spray every which way

We are trying to start our power washer and it won't start. what should we try

clean carb
If it runs for a few seconds when you spray some carb cleaner in the intake, then you know you have spark. Clean your carb and it should be good to go. If you do not have a fuel cut off valve in your fuel line you can save a whole lot of trouble by installing one. Then when you are done pressure washing , close the fuel cut off valve and continue spraying water until the engine stops. That empties the carb bowl. Your carb remains nice and clean until you are ready to use it again in six months.

Craftsman 2500psi 2.3 gpm briggs and stratton pressure washer wont start

if it is still within the warranty period , take it to an authorized service agent for a check
if not I would be looking at the fuel system ( water in the carby) or wires to the stop/.start switch

Wagner 404 Plus Airless motor stops.

All airless sprayers are on-demand pumps. The two settings are prime and spray. When it is set to prime, the pump will draw liquid from the bucket below and pump it out the side tube and will never stop until you switch it back to spray. When set to spray, the pump will run until the pre-set pressure is reached, then stop. As soon as you start spraying, the pump will run until a few seconds after you stop spraying. Tip size and pressure setting will affect how long after you stop spraying the pump will run. A large tip and high pressure will cause the pump to run longer after you stop spraying.

Coleman 2400 PSI Pressure Washer - WATER LEAKS OUT = ?!? Help me please!!! ((-:

Usually, there are spaces between the pump and head portion of the pump. This space is not sealed and will allow water leaking past the seals to come out. There may be a seal kit available, however I have had better luck just changing out the whole pump. There are many available on ebay. Search for one that will use same mount and hoses. Once the seals are gone, the pump will never be the same (may nickle and dime you the death).

Hello i have a 6 hp briggs pressure washer and it starts fine and runs for 30 seconds and shuts off. it feels like the motor gets stuck when i try to start it again, but after a half hr or so it will turn...

You have to make sure you are pressing the trigger while you start the pressure washer. You should also make sure you are releasing the pressure at least every 30 seconds or the pressure will build in the pump and the engine can stall.

If it stalls with pressure in the pump and you don't relieve it by pressing the trigger, it will be very difficult to start. The pressure will slowly bleed off over time, which sounds like what you are seeing.

Karcher K 3.68 M operation

These units have pressure valves that automatically turn off the pump once the pressure is high enough. The pressure switches do fail and sometimes stick and act as you've described.
