I think you have to keep the middle button and the menu button held down..

put the hold button on and then off then hold the center button and menu button at same time for a few seconds it will go to a black screen for a minute and then if u got it in ur computer it will say do not disconnect i dont know anymroe than that cuz mines doing it right now =(
