Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player

My ipod will not sync when plugged in, it just says 'do not disconnet'

What should I do?
itunes recognizes it and everything, and it even says its syncing after i push sync, but afterwards theres no new music on it
this is such a bummer!

does this have anything to do with me plugging my ipod up to other people computers? my ipod says it syncs when i plug it in and when it's finished, it disconnects, but then it says on the ipod it's self that there's no music.... it's driving me insane. i love my ipod and i cant use it...

IPod won't sync.

1. Try another USB cord or USB cable.
2. Restrart your computer for a try.
3. Reset or restore your iPod for a try, this way can fix many general iPod problems.
4. Download and install the latest version fo iTunes for a try.
5. You may try this iPod transfer, it's a nice iTunes alternative that can help you upload music and video to iPod, I always use it to sync my iPod when my iTunes can't recognize my iPod, it's easy to use and works pretty well.

My ipod will not sync when plugged in, it just says 'do not disconnet'

It may have something to do with that. It might be easier to choose to manage your own music. On the screen that opens when you plug in the ipod, choose "Manage my own music".
